With this recipe, you probably won't ever need to travel down to your favourite chilled beancurd stall vendor for soy beancurd! (Or you know what, please do. Support our local businesses!!) But anyway, this recipe is really easy and takes just five minutes of cooking. What's even better? It uses only two ingredients: soy bean milk and instant jelly powder! The simplest dessert ever :D
Ingredients (makes two small bowls)
500ml soybean milk
10g instant jelly powder
Method
Heat 500ml soybean milk in a pot till very warm, then add 10g instant jelly powder and stir to dissolve.
Transfer to container and chill in the fridge until set.
